This is the second fight where Weidman had the better of Silva. The first fight Silva knew he couldn't stop Weidman, so he started the clown act which ended in his knockout. In this last fight, Weidman again dominated with ground and pound, then held up his knee at the right moment to "check" Silva's kick, shattering his shin and sending Silva to the canvas crying in pain and retirement.

Before the fight, his coach told him, "Break a leg!"

He did so LOL.  That was great entertainment.

Between Leben and Silva, on top of GSP earlier this month, we've seen three UFC mainstays for the last seven years possibly fight their last bouts for the promotion.  End of an era.

Silva is 38. Everyone should get over him coming back.

That is the most horrific injury I have ever seen since I have been watching the UFC. In the first fight Silva gets knocked out after clowning around with his hands down - all credit to Weidman. In the second fight Weidman wins the first round no problem. I am all jacked up for the second round and the unthinkable happens, Weidman checks a leg kick and Silva breaks his leg in gruesome fashion. I have no problem with Weidmann winning because this kid is really humble but, not like this man. I agree with the (beast) comment that his brain has not recovered from the first KOd. It will take at least a year to recover from that injury. Congrats to Weidman. I will be cheering for him against Vitor Belfort simply because Belfort uses TRT  to fight!

You could see he was KOd again when he got hit in Rd1. His brain had not healed yet. He was going to lose anyway. Now hes got another concussion on top of the last one.

He used to shrug off blows like the one tonight. So he may be like Liddell now and too easy to KO.

He needs 1 year or more to recover.

When he got KOd last time, he took some blasts right after. So his brain needed a year to heal.

Anderson is paying a heavy price for all that clowning.

That was the most disgusting thing i have seen in a long time. I'm not feeling well.

Nah he is done.   He can hang around and be a top ten guy for a while sure.  But the man never used to get hit, why would he want to become an average higher tear UFC fighter now that gets beat up a lot?

Congratulations on being a sad excuse of a troll whose life is so pitiable that you resort to saying heartless unacceptable things to strangers online.

I hope he recovers from that but his career is probably over
